MainStage 3.6 and Logic 11 togheter

Hi, I would like to get Mainstage 3.6 and Logic 11 to use them simultaneously during a live concert.

Logic only sends 4 audio tracks, 2 hours long without pause, while Mainstage is controlled by a Midi controller that I use to change patches and play the various AU instruments.

Logic must be playing independently of Mainstage, in the sense that it must not receive any midi signal, I must not risk stopping it. sending midi data to Mainstage. Is there a way to "block" any midi messages coming into Logic, so it can stay playing for hours? Or exist another method for that. I hope it was clear. A thousand thanks
