Apps for iPod mini

No apps will load to my iPod mini first gen device. Suggestions?

An iPod mini's OS isn't based on iOS, so it can't run applications intended for it. If you meant iPad mini, it's not capable of 10 or above, so very few, if any, applications are still compatible with it.
