HomeKit issues with iOS and iPadOS 18.2

Started having issues today with HomeKit using my iPhone and iPad. Tried upgrading one version to 18.2 with no change. Yale locks are no longer recognized and Eve outlets are intermittent on being recognized and automations are not working with the Eve outlets. I can’t even delete the automations so I can add them in new. I select “delete automation” but it’s still there when I go back.
