Apple Cash is Permanently Restricted
My Apple cash was restricted and would not accept any of my verification infomation. I then called Apple Support and was put on a repeated cycle of "We can't verify your information at this time, please try again in 30 days. That is all we can do." I would ask why, they would tell me my information was correct but for some reason, my information could not be verified with Apple Cash so they aren't sure but just to try again in 30 days. Every 30 days I would call and get this same result.
A few days ago I called again and got the issue elevated to a supervisor who created a "case" for my account. We even tried closing the apple cash account and creating a new one, but still my information could not be verified. She told me that I would hear back within 48 hours, but lo and behold - a day later I receive an email on basic instructions on how to verify my information! No other information about this supposed "case".
This is information that I already know that does not help me whatsoever and leaves me still stuck with a restricted account and no way to ACTUALLY verify my information which I have entered several times CORRECTLY! It very much seems like Apple Support has no idea how to help me, and does not care to try and help. I can clearly articulate that I am stuck in a cycle and they will just redirect me to an FAQ showing me how to go about verifying my information and CONTINUE the cycle. I am entering correct information and it is still unable to verify! It is not like I don't know how to verify my information.
I'm posting this knowing that they are going to reply to this with just another redirection to an FAQ showing me how to go about verifying my information. Very frustrating.
