iPhone 15 Pro front camera black screen.

Recently, I made the decision to purchase an iPhone 15 Pro as an upgrade to my previous device. However, upon updating to iOS 18, I encountered an issue with the front camera. Despite my suspicions that this may be a result of the iOS 18 update, I have yet to substantiate this claim.

While the Face ID and motion sensor functions are operating flawlessly, the front camera is experiencing a malfunction. When attempting to set up Face ID, the camera displays a black screen. Additionally, if I launch the camera app, it automatically switches to the back camera. If I attempt to revert to the front camera, it reverts to the back camera once more. This behavior is peculiar, as I have never encountered such an issue during my extensive usage of iPhones.

I would be grateful if anyone with knowledge of this problem could provide guidance on how to resolve it.
