Getting iTunes files I own into my Spotify account

Spotify does not like Eddie Vetter. I have songs in iTunes that I would like to add to my "liked' songs on Spotify.

My purchased music in iTunes is disappearing I have purchased many songs, but in addition I have also downloaded many CD's to Itunes that I have purchased. Occasionally I attempt to download a favorite song to a playlist I knew I had, but I couldn't find it in Itunes library. I know I had these songs previously, so why are they disappearing. iTunes purchased songs not in my library I usually don't use the MacBook except for tasks outside the iPad or iPhone. For some reason I tried to download my iCloud playlists on the iPad and they didn't sync (I guess because it's exclusive to Apple Music or iTunes Match) all my songs are purchased from iTunes, so I tried to use the Mac to replicate the playlists and then sync my music on all my devices, I couldn't finish because some purchased songs are not in the library. Ive tried to update the library, delete and re-download all my songs, I verified the purchase in iTunes and even format my Mac but none of that worked. Those missing songs on the Apple app in Mac are in my account and on all my devices. (In the attached image I show the song is not in my library but it is shown as purchased and downloaded). Hope can't help me with it.
