I want to upload photos on Facebook and Shutterfly from my MacBook Pro but I am unable to access the Photos Library, it is grayed out and I cannot change it. What needs to be checked on and changed?

I'd guess Facebook, but I don't use it, so I'm not sure.
I almost always use Photos' File Export to send pictures to a folder, and then to upload to a website I select from that folder. It always works.
