Face ID and camera issues after coconut oil exposure on iPhone

my iPhone has been exposed to coconut oil 3 months ago and I immediately checked how to clean my iPhone and I did all the process step by step but the case is getting worse I have read that I should be patient with results and it may takes time up to 5 days to be completely free from oil also what made me calm is that iPhone is oil repellent but after 10 days I discovered that my Face ID is not working , selfie camera was miserably affected it is extremely blurred and of course all types of speakers got damaged , I barely can hear from. I removed the iPhone case since the accident time but the device temperature is increasing every time charged or over used I mean after 30 mins almost ,maybe less or when charged overnight.
