Access permission popups

Since upgrading my Mac, I get two pop-ups saying that "NETserver" and "USBserver" would like to access data from other apps and asking for permission.

How do I get rid of seeing these pop-ups after every reboot? I have no apps specifically called "NETserver" or "USBserver".
