Brightness issue M1 Macbook Air

when coming from 13.6.6 to 13.7.1 Ventura my MBA m1 2020 model, cant adjust the brightness level, there are fix brightness level 50%, no automatic adjust the lighting conditions. same happen to keyboard lights, i think this happen to all sequoia updates, so never mind to update again to last latest update. because latest one uses more ram. anyone notice this issue when dark room.

there have temporary fix screen off and, turn on conditions like standby and wake-up. but no keyboard, when restart all reset. waiting to come security fix or if not fix had to downgrade 13.6.6.
