I have an iPhone X and updated to iOS 16.7.10 and even though it is when I open photos app and tap on a well clear photo of a person and tap and hold the vibration doesn’t come and it doesn’t pops up with the tabs as copy or select , nothing such like that occurs in my iphone
If this is an iPhone X from about 2017 (not Xr or Xs) then it looks like it's not capable of doing the Lift thing. You can see this:

The iPhone X came out in October 27, 2017, a year before the first ones on the list.
