iPads, 6 iPhones, and 9 email accounts hacked

I've seen another post/thread detailing their nightmares with this issue... and I, too, am a victim: 7 iPads/6 iPhones, 9 email accounts, a PC and a partridge in a pear tree later over a six year period! There are bank accounts, credit cards and other accounts opened in my name. They've hacked into every doctor's office visit, Barnes and Noble, Target, even GOVERNMENT accounts. Yes. Everything.... and there are 2 managed wifi accounts on my device that I didn't put there. They even went in and changed my public record. And yes, Apple thinks I'm crazy. (Although, I think there have been a couple of folks who have listened along the way.)

I haven't been able to read any further, so didn't get to see any solutions to the issue. Would love find a solution to end this nonsense. Has Anybody else actually survived this???
