Pls help retrieve my stolen iCloud acct

I hade a iPhone 14 that hade an apple account where all my important info was in also naked pic in hidden folder something like that so my device had gotten broken into thru my cloud in which now I have a new device and phone number so my problem is I can’t retrieve my stolen iCloud account back unless I know password (was changed(No) & My device and phone number has been (Changed) I know someone is still rocking my iCloud account and jail broke the lost device because I’ve found out my nude pics where being sold thru out these sites’ I’ve been approached by numerous men but the police need proof really how? Just please help in need to retrieve that cloud account that was an iPhone 14 Pro now I’m on 15 iPhone please help
