Recovering photos from lost iPhone 12 Pro Max

i lost my iphone12 pro max and the photos were not all synced is there any chance i can get that data all back and if i get a new iphone will the hidden folder on photos will be available i ve tried find my device but it does not help either or is there any chance i can track the phone it had no sim either please help me.
