Screen saver issues with two users.

It seems... that something (an app?) running in the background of a second user is preventing the screen saver from working on the other user.

I have two users on my MacBook Air M1 myself and my wife (Sonoma 14.6.1). If I log her out the SS works as intended when I am logged in. But, if she is logged in the SS will not activate when I am active.

How can I determine what programs are running in the background on her side that "may" be causing this? Forcing a quit on all the apps I see in the dock does not make a difference. Is there a setting I am missing that "ignores" activity in the non active user?

Not a big deal... but would like it to work as intended
