My airpods 3 has been connectivity issues since i hard reset it and has been blinking orange and it won’t even reset now. But when i only try to connect one pairs of AirPods only then left AirPods would shown in Bluetooth and connect for only 15 to 25 sec then auto disconnect whereas right AirPods blink organe and won’t even shown in the Bluetooth. The case is charging try with wire and wireless both work fine.
