2 questions :
I have just bought an ULTRA 1 that should never be "opened"
After 4 days I don't see any temperature information in the vital signs (should be there after 3 nights)
So I'm worried about the state of the I watch and checking the model # I see : 3K590F/A is it "normal" for an "authentic" not opened iWatch ?

You should contact the official Apple Support and ask them about the missing letter in front of the Modelfield number.

And your watch needs at least 5 nights to calculate a starting point for measuring and recording the temperature.

It can be that the temperature infomation is only showing after a day or 5, I had that with my series 9
