iMessage Group Chat Text Box Missing

Hello!

I’m in need of help with a group chat issue. A group chat that I’ve been apart of for years now has a missing text box for me only. At one point two months ago, it told me I couldn’t text in the group because I removed myself from it which is untrue. I can start a new group with them and will have access to the text box for a few minutes and then it disappears again. I can receive new messages from them, but still have no text box. I’ve closed out the app and restarted my phone, completed a forced restart, deleted the group text and started it again, updated my phone, and after deleting it had one of the members text me from it to see if a text box would pop up again. None of these have worked for me and I’m not sure how to fix this. It’s the only group text that I’m having this issue with. Any help would be appreciated! I attached a picture of the text thread after I deleted the thread, completed a forced restart, and had a member text me from the group to see if the text box would populate again, but it didn’t. Also, on my MacBook and iPad, the text box doesn’t appear either for me.
