Missing Calendar notifications of repeating all day events

Hello dear community/dear Apple team,

I have noticed an issue with the delivery of calendar notifications for recurring all-day events.

Scenario: 3 all-day events that recur every Friday and are set to send a notification at 9:00 AM on the day of the event.

Result: On the first Friday (or event day), a notification is sent at 9:00 AM for all three events. However, on the second Friday (or event day), notifications are sometimes not sent at all or only for 1–2 of the events.

Summary: For recurring all-day events (and when the notification settings are configured accordingly), there should always be a notification for all events, even on subsequent event days.

How can I report this bug or observation further?
