How to configure TM with certain rotation count and other paramters to have specific "time frame" as a backup solution regardles on storage size?
E.g. I would like to backup my machine every week and to have 2 last months of backup in rotation. Anyting older than that I don't need nor need to have additionl storage for, etc..

Time Machine doesn’t work that way. You can have it backup automatically weekly, but not limit the history. You would have to cycle out backup drives every two months, erasing the previous backup when you want to swap drives at the two month point.
What do you mean by that?
