My phone is giving me a lot of issues lately. It keeps telling me that the file isn’t trusted with the certificate

So I don’t know when or if it was when I downloaded a new Ethan, but basically lately isn’t telling me that my certificate is not trusted and it gives me the option to go and allow the trust however, I don’t know where the foul is that it is wanting me to trust The certificate of. I need help trying to find a way to delete it off of my phone or should I just do a factory reset all in one and clear the phone completely?
