Unfortunately that's a pretty broad question. It depends upon what you want to do with the account. You may be able to simply use it as-is if your business is something simple with you as the sole employee. At the other end of the scale is full enterprise level managed accounts such as a large corporation may have. Without knowing more details about the requirements it is hard to provide any specifics.
