How to remove emojis from the frequently used section on iPhone?

Normally, when I use emojis, that were not in my favorites, they’ll be put there automatically. After the recent ios updates however, stickers and odd cow faces have appeared in my favorites that take up five spots jn my favorites and NEVER disappear, even though I don’t use them. This has become incredibly annoying. Why isn’t there a simple option to SET MY FAVORITES and be done. I don’t need my phone to constantly change my favorites when I send different one off emojis to someone.

How do I remove these stickers or whatever they are?
