Change Language in purchased movie
fhe movie I have purchased in the UK Itunes store only offers English or French as a language choice but I need Italian. Is there a different way to get this option?

The supplying studio, that brings a source file to Apple’s Store, is the one who sets which audio languages and subtitle languages are included with any given title. This may differ by title and this may differ by country. Some studios add lots of subtitles, some do not. Your UK purchase may or may not have any Italian support. It is not possible to add additional languages to that for iTunes Store items.
