What should I do if my Apple Gift Card Is already used?
Dear Apple Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with three iTunes gift cards I recently purchased totaling 2,500 Mexican Pesos. Unfortunately, I was unable to redeem them as I was informed they had already been used. Here are the details of the cards:
1. Amount: 2,000 MXN
Issue: Marked as already redeemed.
2. Amount: 300 MXN
Issue: Marked as already redeemed.
3. Amount: 200 MXN
Issue: Marked as already redeemed.
I purchased these cards on 22 yesterday from MIGUEL HIDALGO CUE. I have attached copies of my purchase receipt and the back of the gift cards for your reference.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and providing a resolution. If additional information or documentation is needed, please let me know.
