My MacBook Pro is freezing with a blue screen

Hi,


My Mac is freezing with a blue screen sometimes when I am using it (can happen 3/4 times a week or less) so I need to restart it to use it again (occasionally blue screen appears again...). It's been 3 weeks it has started to do so.


It is really, really annoying when it is happening when I am working because I can loose all my progression if I am not saving every 5 min...


I already followed the instructions given by Apple and even reboot it from 0 but it is still happening so I do not know what to do, seems to be hardware looking at other forums but not I hope it is not this ^^'


So if someone can explain to me what's happening and what can I do it would be great please.
