Battery replacement with disabled Apple Account in Vietnam

I’m currently in Vietnam and I want to change my battery, the Apple’s genuine one, but the ID Apple account used on my phone has been disabled and I couldn’t do anything to reactivate it, so do I need to get my Apple account available again so I can get my battery changed? The people at the store told me I need to, but just for sure I’d like to double check. Thank you so much.

Ps: I couldn’t log out my account so I can’t change the account.
