I getting a pop-up to enter password to Update Software
It's prefilling my User Name for Laptop Login Password, but doesn't take the same login password.
It's a organization laptop, and there's no apple ID Login allowed so there should not be any other password.
I have also tried to use the Admin Login and Password for this but even that isn't working.

Since this is an organization laptop it would be best if you contact your IT for guidance on this update.
At least they should know just what password is required for this.
The software involved was likely installed by a different Apple Account, and that could potentially be by IT when they installed something; macOS itself or whatever else is (not) getting updated.
Hahah, They were the first PoC for me. It seems even they are unaware and trying to figure out since more than a week. That's why I asked here maybe somebody knows what might me the solution. None of the other systems are getting this password prompt apparently.
