Can't switch from canceled individual to student Apple Music subscription

I kept getting prompted to verify my student status for Apple Music. Every time I verified, I would get a prompt a few days later. I lost access to Apple TV.

Every time I tried to 'Manage My Subscriptions' from the Apple Music app on my

Wife or I's Andriod Phones:

Screen would go grey and app would crash

Windows Desktop App:

Immediately exit the 'Account Settings' page

So I cancelled my now 'Individual Plan' and tried to restart the student plan from scratch. Every time I did that, it just shows through the browser that I'm 'Already a Subscriber.' Since my subscription has not expired yet.

So I tried my wife's

Mac Desktop App:

Not display any 'Manage My Subscriptions' in 'Account Settings' in either the 'App Store' or 'Music' app.
