Unable to add a song on my desktop to music app
I have a song on my desktop and I cannot add it to music app

Nigel,
Locate the audio file in Finder. Right-click it and choose Open With > Music.
If the file is compatible it will start playing and be added to your library.
If nothing happens, the file is not compatible with Music and should be replaced with a good copy.
