Diabetic monitoring app is not receiving signals from the button in my arm. Same time your issues happen to me.

This is no minor issue as the testament of you all the previous posts. Unfortunately , I recently diagnosed with a Type 1 diabetes and use the electronic button in my arm to keep track go my glucose so I amended how much insulin I take. I do hope other patients clockit otherwise they may end up in A & E. Not all patients make it back from a full hypo. But I have the same issues as you guys plus this diabetes issue and was hoping some one came to a conclusion. BTW potentially this could be a different company’s problem. I have bit defender on my devices and that does fiddle /control a number of network settings. Perhaps I should look at these suppliers too.


Finally I’d be so grateful if anyone could confirm a fix or not - thank you very much.

  • Yes Bit Defender is junk and should be uninstalled
  • There have been issues related to specific brands of monitoring devices and for further help, it would be necessary to know which one you are using.
