Why won't Apple refund the difference I paid just last week for AirPod Pro's with Amazon selling them for $169.00 today?

Just purchased my AirPods PRO 2's last thursday at the Apple Store. Today I see them on Amazon for $169.00 Called support and they offered a 15% coupon for future purchases. I'm still angry...since when did Apple start allowing discounts on NEW products and why didn't they tell me they were going on sale within days of my purchase. I have many apple products today, but feeling burned by this experience.

Apple has never done price matching and you will find prices all over the place from many different retailers. As has been suggested already, return your AirPods and purchase the ones from Amazon.

Apple also has Black Friday deals coming up starting on November 29 offering up to a $75 Gift Card with some AirPods purchases. It is only at Apple online, in store and using the app, so Amazon most likely would not match that offer either.

Apple isn’t going to give you a refund because another retailer has decided to sell an Apple product for less. If you’re unhappy about it, return them and buy a pair from Amazon. Apple has a 14 day return policy.

Apple does not set Amazon's prices. Return your AirPods if it's been within 14 days and purchase the on Amazon if you wish.
