I've connected two separate magic mouses but only the point and click features work, neither will scroll. I went into settings and appear to be missing the "point/click", "scroll/zoom", "more gestures" tabs. Could it be a computer setting issue?

Well, this one is on me for assuming this was just a port change and thinking I should have no issues with my OS version:

I am on Sonoma 14.7.1 as the company will not move to newer versions until they have been thoroughly tested.
This means I can't use my Magic Mouse until January at the earliest.
I'm also on Sonoma 14.7.1 for the same reason - no green light to upgrade yet. I wonder though how my colleagues are using theirs if they are on the same version. Hopefully the upgrade does the trick!
There is also no "use mouse for scrolling" under accessibility > pointer control > mouse options

I am having the same issue, new MacBook pro and magic mouse USB -C black.
I have the same issue. Tried using the cable and bluetooth, rebooting, forgetting, etc and so far nothing works.
