What happens when you try?
Your bank app may not work on your iPhone X. Most banking apps are now using the UPI protocol, UPI requires iOS 17 or higher. Your iPhone X can't run anything higher than iOS 16.7.10.
What iPhone and version iOS is it using? What’s the name of the bank app?
Very few do in the US. But certainly anyone doing business in India or attempting to send funds to the region will require it.
