How to manually sync Voice-Memos from my iPhone to Voice-Memos app on my Mac without iCloud

Hi, I have several gigabytes of voice memos on my iPhone, and they stopped synchronizing to my Mac. my iCloud account is the nominal 5GB and cannot carry all my data - certainly not my voice-memos.

I tried to employ previous answer from this forum that recommended I use the Finder "my iPhone" window, and check "include voice memos" on the "music" synchronization settings - but

1. I don't want the voice memos to be in my "Music" app - I want them in the Voice Memos app
2. This option is missing altogether from my Finder phone-synchronization UI -- nothing like that in the music part.

Using 3rd party app (e.g. iMazing and its likes) I can import voice-memos from my iPhone to the Mac -- but only into the music app where they're disappearing and very hard to manage. Not to the Mac Voice Memos app.

The Mac Voice-Memos app doesn't have any export/import option in the UI and it ignores drags and drops.

I'm running the latest MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1 on a new Mac Studio.

Please help... I need these very much.
