Apple ID Emails Wrong, Won’t let me Sign out

Hi!

Recently, my phone (iPhone 8 if this helps) has started to spam me with the pop up asking for me to login to my Apple ID in settings, when that pop up happens, it’s my new email. I’ll click on it, it’ll take me to settings and I’ll enter my correct password. A new pop up happens saying “Authentication Failed: a server error occurred.”

On the Apple ID page my email listed under my name is my old one, one that doesn’t exist anymore because of hotmail. When I click on Name, Phone Numbers, Email the exact same pop up appears, saying there’s a server error.

I tried logging out but it asks for the password for my Apple ID using my old email.

Ive tried changing my email to the old one but because it needs a verification code which sends to the email, that won’t work. I don’t even think anything is even backed up to my ICloud except for my apps. Any advice is greatly appreciated :)
