Apple TV app Windows 11, can’t watch in 4k

Hi there,

so I am trying to stream TV in 4k on my windows 11 laptop which is using a 4k monitor through HDMI. I have the Microsoft HEVC video codec installed, my display is definitely working in 4k and is HDCP compatible, but still when I press the info button during playback it never changes from HD. Does anyone know how to get this working?
