Photos app freezes when trying to open Albums since iOS18 update, anyone else notice this?

Ever since the update to the Photos app with iOS18 I’ve noticed a glitch:

When trying to open an Album by scrolling left to find the album I wish to open, the screen will freeze.

Instead I have to the force close the Photos app, re open it at click specifically on the “albums” title to then access the album on a new screen.

Is there a way to report this glitch and has anyone else noticed it?
