Browse by genre no longer available on itunes on iphone

Others have posted comments about the disappearance of Genre as a browsing category in Apple Music on iPhone. The comments were overwhelmingly negative. Most, however, seemed focused on browsing by genre in Apple Music. I am more concerned with browsing by genre in my own library. I found the genre option to be extremely useful because it allowed me to created my own categories, so I could subdivide larger categories such as rock or folk, into subgroups, which sped up finding specific songs or albums in my collection. As far as I can tell, that is no longer available. Please correct me if I am wrong. If I am not wrong, then I urge Apple to restore Genre as a browsing category.
