When I upgraded my iPhone 16 to iOS 18.1, alll my mail folders disappeared except for the inbox. They exist on my old iPad and my Mac OS 14.6.1 but are gone on my iPhone. (18.1).

Remove present gmail email address and re-enter in Mail using the Google option
