Have an employee who can't get his outlook calendar on his apple watch to give him events. He can see his emails on his watch but no events in the calendar. On his phone, he gets his emails and can see upcoming events on the calendar in outlook. However, when he goes into outlook on his watch, no events are in the calendar.

What i did is in settings>calendar>turn the switch for the outlook calander on
If that is not working go to settings>accounts on the paired iPhone to see if the outlook account is paired including the calendar, it can be that it is only paired with the mail box
