Apple Developer Account Issue , Email verification code not received

We are currently unable to log in to our Apple Developer account. Our account holder, ID (######.com), recently implemented Apple Business Manager. Consequently, his account automatically changed to ####@temporary.appleaccount.com.

When attempting to log in using this new ID ####@temporary.appleaccount.com, we encounter an error message prompting us to update our Apple account. Despite entering a new email address, we do not receive the verification code required to proceed. We have tried various email addresses, but no verification codes have been received.

No use for call and mail support we faced issues with calls being disconnected and emails not receiving a response. This is causing significant delays in resolving the problem.


I have tried reaching out to support team behalf of develeper account holder , but Support team insists that only the account holder can raise the request. Our developer account holder is unable to access their account, and since logging in is required to raise a request, This creates a deadlock situation
