Check Your iCloud Sync Settings Notification

“Review that Sync This iPad is turned on for preferred apps in iCloud Settings.”

I have reviewed, and photos, iCloud, passwords, and messages all have that setting ON. Also several apps are set to ON for iCloud.

What else do I need to do to make the notification disappear?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 16

You can turn off iCloud notifications by turning off iCloud backup. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap on iCloud.
  4. Tap on iCloud Backup under Apps Using iCloud.
  5. Toggle off the switch to stop both iCloud backup and notifications.
