Can’t move pictures from hidden album
After I moved 11 pictures into the hidden album, I cannot move them back to the library or to a new album. How do I get them back to my all photos library

You're right. In fact, you can't even "move" a picture into the Hidden "album." For one thing, it's not an album-- it's a special view. There's no command to "move to hidden album;" the command is "Hide." When you hide a picture it remains where it was -- it's just marked "hidden" and disappears. Since you can no longer see the picture there, Apple provides a place you can go where you can see all the pictures marked "hidden." That's the Hidden View. If you "unhide" a picture (remove the "hidden" mark,) then it will be visible in all the places it was visible before you hid it.
