"Block Contact" in Mail for each junk mail does not block them. (Apple employee response also, please)

This question has been asked here, but I have not found a suggested solution that actually solves the problem.


I select "Block Contact" in each junk email I get (they do go into my junk folder), but I still get emails from them. These are truly junk emails, not ones I have signed up to receive (I do understand "unsubscribe" and use it when appropriate.)


I have also asked an emplyee at my local Apple Store, and he didn't have an answer for it either.


Thank you for your help. (How about a solution for an Apple employee, please?)
