Terms and conditions not updating
My terms and conditions are updating for iCloud but my iOS is totally up-to-date. The community states that I need to make sure that my iOS is up-to-date and it is so can someone help me please?

I have the latest IOS abd it still says that it cannot be updated at this time
I have the same issue, both on iPhone and iPad. I've updated each today to latest version and am unable to accept the terms and conditions.
