Is there a way to provide feedback on the Clock App to Apple?

That is the link you want to submit feedback for the clock app on the iPhone, since there is not a specific link for the clock. Under the feedback type, choose "Bug Report". With the appropriate Subject and Comments, it will then be directed to the correct department for review.
My understanding is that that link is for the iPhone itself (the hardware). The link is listed under "Hardware Products".
Closest thing I could find. Mention it to them anyways. You have hardware running software.
