Ripped TV Shows not showing up in iTunes - Only Some of them.

I am converting some of my DVDs into MP4 files. I rip them in bulk. They all play fine. I make sure the Meta Tags are correct (Using MetaX). I drag the episodes into iTunes on Windows11 (both are up to date). If I have for example 10 episodes then only 5 or 6 will show up in iTunes. The file types are all the same, same codex used (I ripped them all at the same time using the same app and same settings). Not sure why some will show up and others do not.
