I already reset the airpods, did all the steps that apple recommended but when it pairs, it only connects to the case but not the airpods, but it only connects for a few seconds when only the case is open the disconnects.
Sometimes when I try connecting then when it shows on my devices it tell me that the iphone cannot connect to this device and to forget the device.
There are no replies.
