How to write title above column without writing in the first cell of the column

Hi

I'd like to create a list in one Column A and in Column B have tick boxes.

In my example table I have a column of 4 Apple devices - is there a way of calling cell A1 Devices (a title for Column A) but still have the devices range from 1 to 4. If I write Devices in A1 by devices range would be from 2 to 5. - which out puts the amounts out.

Thanks

Another Example

In another table I have titles across in Row 1

eBay/Sell. Clothes Home Music

Is there a way for these titles to be above Row 1- so that what ever is written underneath is in Row 1 and does not start in Row 2

Mac Studio
